Reserve Only Deposit - $160.00 Choose this option only if you would like to hold the home. ***No deposit required if your stay is paid in full by credit card or check. If you would like to hold your reservation with a partial advance payment, a minimum amount of $160.00 is required. Full payment is required by the day of occupancy. You must be 25 years or older to rent this home.

Cleaning Fee - $75.00 - Required One Time Only Include this amount when making and paying for your stay in full.

Friday & Saturday Night Stay - $180.00 per night Choose this option if you are planning on staying for the weekend. **NOTE: July/August in 2008 rate for Friday & Saturday night will be $190.00/night.

Winter Special - $295.00 for 3 full days Choose this option if you are planning on taking advantage of the Summerhomes winter special. 3 full days during the week (Monday thru Thursday only)

Sunday - Thursday Night Stay - $165.00 per night Choose this option if you are planning on staying during the week.

Weekly Stay - $950.00 per week Choose this option if you are planning on staying for a week.

Additional People - $10.00 per person Add this option if you have more than 8 people, (one-time extra, not each night extra).

**The Summerhome is a historical building in downtown Ocean City. It has been completely remodeled inside and out.
